Amanda will be representing Montreal at TVB’s Miss Chinese International Pageant 2012 in Hong Kong.
Amanda Chung grew up in a myriad of places including California, Connecticut, Hong Kong, British Columbia and of course Montreal, Quebec. She is currently a student at McGill University where she is very involved in her community. She was a member of AIESEC, president of Global China Connection McGill, co-chairperson of two business competitions, ambassador for McGill’s International Case Competition, and a member of the McGill Chinese Student Society.
Amanda has volunteered at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Vancouver, the West Boulevard Veterinary Clinic, led a McGill volunteer team to help orphans in China, and donates regularly to Smile Train Charity. She has had the honor of representing Montreal in TVB’s Miss Chinese International Pageant and was voted top ten for internet popularity.
She hopes to encourage other girls to try new things and reach for their dreams.
